Purchased a new Winnebago View in October 2019. The whole transaction was flawless with a great price. Returned earlier this year to have a tow bar and brake system installed in our tow vehicle. Ron the parts guy knew exactly what we needed. Jeff was the technician that did the installation. His work was flawless, absolute perfection in every detail. Purchasing our first camper was an awesome experience. Ask for Kent! He was super patient with us as we wanted to see MANY campers trying to figure out what will work best with the lifestyle we were looking to have. My husband changed his mind several times and if Kent was frustrated, we would have never known it. He met and answered every question we had. That experience didn't end there. A week or so later when the camper was ready, we were asked to come for about hour an half or so for a detail tutorial, get to know the camper and how to do things and what we will need. That is when we met Bob the demo tech. That man was patient and very detail oriented and answered everything, showed us everything and helped us in the store. We just brought home our first Class C RV from Tom Schaeffer's and couldn’t be happier!! Our salesman, Chris made our experience comfortable and hassle free! He took his time to show us many models until he suggested the Quantum. It was a perfect fit! On delivery day, we meet Jim, who went through EVERY inch of our RV with us making sure we understood every working aspect of it.
