Aaron Bashore is the grandson of Tom Schaeffer Sr. and apart of the third generation of the Schaeffer family to join the business. He has worked at Tom Schaeffer’s RV Super Store for 16 years. After graduating from high school in 2004, he started working full time at the dealership. His first job here was in customer service, but he quickly worked his way up as he gained experience in the shop from experienced technicians and manufacturer vendors. Today, Aaron is the Service Director and Shop Foreman. He is happy to be offering these insightful tips as “Advice from Aaron” because he believes they can save people from having to make a trip to the dealership.
